At ASANTE STUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
